Hi to all, its been a while :-D

To anyone willing, it would be really nice if any of you guys could design the following...

Aermacchi/SIAI Marchetti SF.260WP (Phil AF livery)

Beechcraft King Air 350 (in 2 liveries, will post pics of them later)

and a repaint of the Cessna 172 offered here - http://www.tzs.si/revija_tim/1999_2000/Cessna_172/Cessna.htm to this...

I'm currently preparing a build that will consist of all of the aircraft that my father flew since he started to be a pilot almost 30 years ago, as a gift for his 50th birthday in September next year...

I already got 5 out of 7 aircraft card models needed - T-41D (C172), BN-2A Islander, T-28 Trojan (will be converted to AT-28D), OV-10A Bronco, and the BN-2T Turbine Islander...

Any help will be much appreciated...

    thanks very much guys!!!

Hi guys!!! Thanks for the interest!!! :-D

Ooops... I forgot that angelfire doesn't allow direct image linking... oh well, here it is :-D

I'll try to look for some more images of the PAF T-41 for better views :-D (the wikipedia page for the Philippine Air Force has the official logo and the aircraft insignia)

The models should be no smaller than 1/72 scale. It doesn't need to be too detailed like having an interior or something (although if one would make one that will be nice also, but not required), it just need to have the shape right, and exterior items (i.e. landing gear) in place (the gears doesn't need to be well detailed, just the basic shape and a simple wheel well will do)...

I have great references for the King Air, straight from the flight manual itself (and a simple walkaround as well), and one of them is the 3-view drawing with actual measurements

    Thanks again!!!

This photo album of Mr. Chris Villegas has some good photos of the T-41 and the SF.260

    http://picasaweb.google.com/chris.villegas/2007PAFAerospaceMuseum#

and I found a good 3 view drawing of the SF.260

and for the T-41 repainters, you can also use this model as reference :-D

(the real T-41 doesn't have the overhead windows like in the model)

    Thanks so much again!!!

Hey, if that becomes available for sale, I'd like a panel line version, too! A good friend of mine is flying one.

wow!!! 1/48 scale!!! this will be big!!!

Um, sir, I'm still scanning from my dad's flight manual, and compiling pics, but I can't get some more new images for the gear wells and the airstair and the interior because the plane is under maintenance in a different hangar...

but I'll take the pics once the King Air returns, and will e-mail you for the images I have :-D

Um, guys, sometimes contacting the manufacturer is the last thing you want to do - unless you're interested in them wanting you to do licensing and all that...
I saw several King Airs today, just didn't get a chance to take pictures. Best bet is to try and find a lineman at an airport who sees King Airs regularly - or some OTHER company that operates them. I bet they'd be happy to have you do up a model in their livery in exchange for some pics...
Check this thread out regarding licensing: http://warbirdinformationexchange.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=25787
