DCC Porter & Tender

OK, on30 porters are plentiful enough that I feel I can hack one up for DCC. I also want sound. I was thinking of using a tender for this.

Has anyone done this? Any suggestions on a suitable tender and/or decoder?

I know someone put an nscale decoder under the bottom. I forgot the link however.
I too am thinking of making a tender for a sound dcc if I ever get the money for one.
