Hi: I am looking for old time style wooden passenger cars in the D&RGW name. Does anyone have a lead on them, who might have made them, or if they are available in kit form?.....most preferably in wood as opposed to plastic.
    Thanks

I don't think anyone makes wooden rolling stock kits anymore. Ready to run has gotten so popular, it is hard to find kits of any kind anymore. Roundhouse/MDC makes old fashioned wooden passenger cars, but they a molded in plastic.

I have a set of those in plastic that I will not be using...

I have a set of the Model Power D&RGW plastic passenger cars (NIB) that I will not be using on my layout afterall. If you are interested in them ... email me and we can work out some kind of deal.

    Regards,

I stand corrected, wooden rolling stock is made, hobby shops just don't carry them because most people are looking for r-t-r.
