    Hi all,

    Here's my latest project so far...it's all paper except the aluminum foil (as in Reynolds Wrap). Face is Paper Clay.

    First time using Paper Clay and aluminum foil on a paper kit.

    Opinions?

    Bill

    I could be wrong, but it looks "Quake-ish" to me.

    Hey Bill

    I hate a mystery ! its....errrr.. uummm.. Dark Vader's poor cousin ? A Postal worker in 23 1/2 century..? Duke Nukem !!... nope... at first glance he looks medieval, but I'd have to agree with Flashhawk, that chin is very Robocop -ish... Although.. you said 'surprised' so there's got to be a twist here... Is it you? ( the face I mean)

    Btb.. pardon my ignorance.. what's paper clay ? ~ looks + sounds interesting!
    :-D

    Paperclay is pulverized paper mache' when water is added to it, it becomes very clay-like. Actually, I just checked the package and it's called Celluclay. I picked it up at Hobby Lobby, but most any craft store carries it.

    It kind've looks like my Father-in-law, the day I married his daughter.

    Here's the payoff....helmet was a bear...live and learn I guess....something's wrong with the gallery and it wouldn't allow me to upload the file.

    Hahaha .. He looks great!

    * Is he a one off study / experiment, or are you going to build a body for him .?
    * how big is he?

    I have a full articulated body to build.

    He's roughly 1/6 scale.
