Mark! Next time read the subject heading first and then enter at your own risk. :) Seems like there are lots of fans of the Cat here. More power to them!

    Hey Herc,you run that little B-mann B23-7 yet?Actually it's a B30-7.

How do you like the way it runs? I gave two of them now ,the Conrail unit and the CSX unit.I have installed MTL 2004s on the Conrail and and am planning a "How I did " for the operation.Should have that done and posted this coming weekend.

Oh yeah, the running quality.I am very pleased with the way they run and plan to get more.

    Catt -

I really like this little guy! It runs reasonably well, has good detailing, and pulls great at relatively low power settings. I wish the couplers were better - but those can be replaced (with a great tutorial that I looking forward to!). Overall I'd buy every one my LHS would get in. Great price for a very solid value IMHO. I've got mine slated for a MOW train that I'm putting together...hope these pics give you some idea what I'm shooting for...and Atlas offers a great looking EV caboose with MT couplers that IMHO goes well with the whole MOW idea. The DIFCO Dumper is from Walthers and soon to be filled with ballast and paired with a flat car holding extra rail sections and ties.

    Thanks very much!

(It's still a work in progress...the blue building is a modified kit from Pike Stuff. I added the loading ramp and doors. Those two CAT front loaders are my only good deal in the world of Nscale vehicles...got both for less than $3 at Walmart.)
