I vote for the Albatross!:thumb: I have a thing for amphibious aircraft! You can do so many color schemes of the Albatross too! Not that I don't like the Commando. There is actually a C-46 about 40 minutes from me at the Castle Air Museum in Atwater, Calif. It's looking a little time worn tho, strictly a static display. But a very LARGE aircraft. If I can find my photos, I'll post a pic.

Cool, we await your results! Would you mind if I tried my hand at doing the "Always" color scheme after you've released the Catalina? Not trying to step on toes or anything, I know your going to get quite a few different requests for paint jobs for the Catalina. Just wondering if I could help!

I'd really like to see a 5-A in USAAC colors for Alaska in the early mid-40's. My dad got his air medal flying one on an evac mission to Fairbanks at the spring ice break.

With time I might even be able to find the tail numbers, I'd have to go over to my mothers and go through dad's logs

Add another for the C-46. What scale? Was it to you I sent the scale drawings? If not, I have them ready to email.

I think it was you who sent me the images, but yes, I have plenty of them.

+12345 on the Grumman Albatross! I can contribute some of the work I did on my repaint of the Grumman Goose for a Jimmy Buffett's Hemisphere Dancer version of the Albatross (that's the real plane, I just did the Goose since I couldn't find an Albatross).

    Nice work, Paragon

I hope that one day you will pause long enough to explain to me how you can create a model in less time than it takes me to build one. <VBG>

The Seaduck was a Conwing L-16 and is already available as a model in the Downloads section. But that info aside, I'm sure those of us voting for the Albatross are happy to have your three votes. :)

Yeah, I was considering doing it soon too, but I decided to expand the WWII section on my site a bit first.

Hey Paragon, have you decided yet whether you're going to do the Albatross or Commando? I contacted Bob to be able to buy a copy of the Albatross but will wait for yours if you decide to do it.
