Confused about Modelart Bf-109

    I just bought Dr Zarkov's large scale Bf-109F/G kit, and for the most part every thing looks beautiful.

    However, I do have one question about the connection between the wing formers and the spar. As you can see in the attached photo, the cutout on both parts is at the bottom. If I construct the parts like that, I can't join them together, unless I turn one upside-down. That would make for a strange looking wing.

    Has anyone out there built this kit?

    If so, how did you attach the wing formers to the spar?

    copy it and change it see what it looks like

    I got a reply from Dr. Zarkov (am I the only one who instantly thinks of "Flash Gordon" every time I see that name?)
