Morning all,
Dont know what happened but winter has shown up in TN! Went from warm and wet to cold and frozen in one day,Last night we had frozen rain and its in the 30'sright now.
On the up side got all the drywall hung in the laundryroom and most of the muding done in the train and laundry room this weekend.
A few more like this and I'll be running trains soon!

Took my father to the doctor today and on the way back there was a hail storm -- well hard pieces of white water rattling off the car. Lasted less than 10 minutes.

Well it's about 17 here. Winter has arrived somewhat late. Gotta baby sit today, wifes job but she has to go with her mom and dad, Mother in law is getting a new knee today.

I have an appointment at 1M so I am leaving early so I can take back a presnt and get some starbucks and a donut.

I dont think that will hurt as I have lost 40 pounds since I was in the hospital in November.

I am now taking down the tree and packing up the trains and little people.

Good morning,

Weather here is cool, sunny and windy.

Temps are 38 on the back porch, 38 in the pond and 69 in the greenhouse. It is predicted to only go to 39, but since it is already 38 and sunny I believe it will exceed that.

Hope to get a little work done on the long running catenary project today.

Planning to got to the Greenberg Show at York on Saturday.

Good morning all,

I got a call a little while ago informing me that my brother in law had passed away last evening. He was in a skilled care facility suffering from Alzheimer's, they thought he only had a cold, obviously something more than that. He was a great guy with a huge sense of humor that he never lost. Will be leaving shortly to be with my sister.
