coal loadout details

Does anyone know what are the details on top of a coal loadout? I think there are some electrical stuff and conveyor drives and maybe dust collection but I don't know what any of it looks like. Any photos or descriptions would be helpful.

A modern steel one, not the concrete silo type but like this one:

steel is prevelent in the east out here concrete is common the pic you linked is a tail roller a access to top of loadout a lot of loadouts are inclosed on top with a roofed structure or totaly inclosed the mine i worked at was inclosed with belt line running into it .
