Coal Dump

In my layout, I am building a coal mine and then all the coal will venture down to a coal power plant. I want to place a coal dump of some sort where the hopper will actually dump the coal out. I have seen a operating set but can't find it now. Thanks for your help

Here is an option.

The dumper is unfortunately a "retired" model but you may find one. I have seen article on scratchbuilding them as well. I don't know of any way to make the hopper car gates operational without comprimising the look of the car.
