I have a spare set of MDC Shay trucks that were originally slated for a scratch-built HO scale climax. With the release of the Spectrum climax later, this is no longer worth the time to me, so I'm thinking of either an HO scale standard gauge class-A, or using them for an On30 class-A.
However...
What was the typical axle spacing for a class-A climax (I think these measure out at less than 3 feet in On30).
ALso, does anyone know of any good plans for a class-A? YEs, I'm going to check the Kalmbach index site (as I have an extensive collection of older MR and RMC), but was just wondering if there wre any on the net as well.
