    You know, this is funny, I used to suscribe to a boy scouts type magazine when I was little, and they had this idea in it, almost 10 years ago.

    The beauty of old ceiling tile is to stack up the broken pieces using those wooden skewer's used in cooking to hold them together rather than white glue.....once you get the plaster/hydracal or what you use .....pull'em out and move to the next section!!
