I came across this link while checking out another board. Gasp I know! How could I???

Anyway...it has some scale 1/87 photo printouts of buildings in Illinois that are free to download and build into card stock models. They are a little basic geometrically speaking, however I cannot help but wonder, that with some creative building they could turn into some really good models.

That is what I was thinking too. You could even give them a 1" profile to add some forced perspective to your layout. I also imagine you could layer certain features to make them more 3d and use actual windows and doors from model kits. In the right hands I imagine someone could bash some pretty decent strutures with these. I especially like how some of them have fairly large sections of red brick wall. Those could come in handy as well.
