Carb Restricters...

    Hi-Ive been into nitro rc for a while now but last week I read something on the rtr rc10gt and they were blabbering about a carb restricter. Do I have one of these in my OS MAX .12 CV-X?!? Thanks

    no prob not unless there is like a rubber type thing inside your carb opening it is hard to miss so you prob don't have one

    They don't come with the engine, but you can put them in to help tune the engine for track conditions.

    They sometime use them in break in to run it richer

    But I dont have one? I have had my carb out and pulled apart before but dont recon seeing any rubber thing other that the gasket that seals it to the block.

    No man, im good I was just wondering If i had one so i can remove it for a little more power but i guess i dont have one.--J

    If you have a restrictor it'll sit right in the throat of the carb. you cant miss it, but dont bother looking because you dont have one.
