for frak's sake, i was about to dab on the first drop of glue on jay's viper model, i stumbled on this frakking design.

Shorter fuselage, redesigned strake, TWO MORE INTAKES BELOW THE FUSELAGE.wall1

    now what Chief Tyrol?

any more tinkering with some ships?wall1wall1wall1wall1:curse:

I think this is the website for the source of those images:

    http://www.modelermagic.com/?p=427

Not only is the Mk VII gallery impressive, the Mk II is the best gallery I've found to reference this design.

so what would i model now?

    frak dammit.

    lololol

    sigh..

i guess the Block 1(lets call it that way for now) Mk7 viper....

the block 2 mk7 would ncessitate the creation of a new model.

The second version of the Mk VII was apparently created on Pegasus using their onboard Viper factory. Galactica retained a few even after Pegasus went down.

And don't get me started as to why militarily it would've been better for the Pegasus to survive. But then, they'd have to change the name!
