Can anyone provide a discount source for these parts, specifically the complete drive transmission for both engines on a Challenger?

I have doubts that anyone would discount the parts. Generally, discounters discount fairly high volumn items. Those parts would be almost one off.

You might want to watch eBay for a basket case. You may get a bargain there.

Hi guys,
These parts, in fact many Bowser parts, are used by repairman to fix other non-Bowser models. I dare say, Bowser does a very brisk business in parts. I have personal experience with three repairman, that used Bowser parts for that firm's locos, and others. Bowser has been marketing the Challenger for something like 40 years, so they have built many of these parts. I didn't expect to find anyone selling them below MSRP, but thought I would give it a try. Thanks.
