..........duplicate. I just went out to the tracks to get some ideas flowing and here one is.
If part of your layout is in a snowy mountain or set in the winter there is no need to ballast your track or weather ties. The only thing showing on the tracks here right now are the tracks. So just have snow cover all but the track. The rust on the rails really stands out. :thumb:
