Bl-15?

On the way into Philadelphia today while we were riding the R3 Media -Elwyn train between 30th Street and Suburban Station we saw a SEPTA locomtive with the unit designation of BL-15. Is it another version of a MP-15? It looked somewhat like an MP-15.

Is this the beast? If so it is built by Boise Locomotive (used to be Morrison Knudsen). The "BL" stands for Boise Locomotive and the "15" stands for 1500 horse power.

No that is not the beast. The cab on it reminds of a cab on a SW.
