Here's the back and the place to hide the magnet
A very good-looking 'set' indeed! The 'wide-angle' perspective is very realistic. Good luck with the model and the magnets, etc.
I am convinced that this will be something really different and interesting.
its a very cool ida

i like it
@ Bengt; I'l l do my best..
@ Yaniv; good idea, it's not made like that, but easy to make it avialable for everybody,I could even make different backgrounds..

i just found is part today hahah
Yaniv...You have a very good idea concerning the contest and the PDF. It would be fascinating to see what everyone comes up with, especially if we make them truly 3-dimensional out of paper.
This is a very cool subject and dioram idea Billy. I hope you can get the magnet thingy working - it'll freak folks out!
Yes! I can't wait to check out the magnet magic here.
Hey, the plane... er... heli... aircraft! is not complete yet, and we are already enjoying this one.
Steve and I would say to you, Tilt Rotor, that is the proper term for the various aircraft like the XV-3 and V-22
Roger That! Let's just hope they work really well when we deploy...
I love the backdrop you have created. You are giving me ideas...
Just a little test how it will look with the XV-1, I build a little while ago
That's just too cool!!!
Dang, that looks real! Great background Billy!
Your diorama results are EXCELLENT, and very creative.
(Sound of applause......)
billy your work is k-i-l-l-e-r
u just need to make some people around
First work on the plane, looks like my thump, when I acidently hitted it with a hammer  But it is the cockpit inside-out, I need a mould for the transparent part. Kampflieger forgot to do the interiour, but that's not going to stop me...
Here's the first part of the plane, I printed it on metallic paper, put some windows in it, from the photo's I've got it look like the bottom of the plane is a little bit higher. Then I used the former- part to get the right shape of the hull..
Looking good! Are you going to vacuform the front part?
