Wow! Your renders are REALLY good! I can't wait to build this! This would be a great kit to add some lights to... Target and Walmart have this nifty battery op LED strings that are perfect for stuff like this and with a little reinforcement, you can actually put the battery box in the model!

Excellent work!

Best,

Hi folks,
I just want to inform you, that I am still working on the BatWing. A4 sheets are beeing filled with the unfolded parts.

What you can see is unfolded whole main wing, without skeleton.

It looks awsome.
when you get it to a studio propsize this would rock.
but i think the wings will need some kind of reinforcement..because they are so large and thin...you would get droopy wings.

ah...and we need mr Batman :)
i looked for a batman but the only nice one i found is a one of a kind one. :-(

Just a quick update - First parts of skeleton are ready to be glued together. Parts were cutted out by a laser cutter, but because of my mistake I had to make small correction to them with small rasp. But after that, all parts fit perfectly. :thumb:

And one more shot to compare Rhino render and real model:

Stay tuned.

It has been a while since last posting. Someone else made a batwing but not as intricate as yours. thanks for updating us on your work, it looks fantastic.
