tell me more....

Mike - this is the first I've heard of it. What size is the show, roughly? Have you been to it before, and if so what did you think of it? I'm in Toronto, so this is a do-able trip for me if it seems like it would be good. There are a fair number of southern Ontarians on the Gauge - maybe we could make a day of it!

cheers
:D Val

Hi Val..thanks for the response. I will post up some more details on the show in the next couple of days. It's put on by the Barrie-Allandale Railway Modelers, and is held at the Barrie Events Centre [Fairgrounds at Essa Road @ Hwy 400].
Feb 15 10.00-17.00 Feb 16 10.00-16.00

Adult $5 Seniors $4 Student $3 Under-12's free
It's a good size show, about 1500 visitors between the two days last year. A good number of display layouts, an NMRA clinic table, and a full house of vendors.

I'm a 'semi-private' vendor at several Ontario shows each year, and the Barrie show was by far my best in terms of sales last year, largest crowd of any show I was in.:D :D
