Welcome Home! That picture inside the plane is just awesome too.

On a related note my bro just got home from Afghanistan to say we happy he is home safe and sound is an understatement.

My hat is off to those who serve both our respective countries overseas.

My hat's off to all the other military forces from all the countries still there serving. We regularly flew into bases operated by the Canadians, UK, Aussies, Germans, Italians, French, Polish, and several other nations. Everyone is doing some great work over there and deserve their country's praise.

Here's a pic...one of our last missions along with a fire support team to protect the crew taken at Kabul.

I don't think I could have said anything any more, or any better than anyone else.
God bless you, and all of the other men and women serving our country.
    Welcome home brother.

Welcome home Herc, and thank you for your service to our country.

My one brother that is in an Illinois National Guard transportation unit may be getting activated for a second tour at some point in 2009 or early 2010. I'm hoping that things have settled down over there, and he doesn't have to go back over (he has a wife and 5 kids). Like they say, War is Hell.

Thanks again, and glad to see you made it home safe and sound.
