    That is a stunning model!

I cannot think of a better way to interest people in space than a project such as this. I may well have to put one of these together once you are done; engaging my daughters in the process of assembly!

    Hi again,

I've added the S3S4 truss now. This one has all 4 UCCAS as opposed to P3P4 which has only 2.
The last photo shows the top solar panels added to the truss. Note that there's no stands underneath each end of the truss. This proves so far that the SARJ works.
Please give me some time to put the files together. Patience!

    Truly awsome model,
How wide is the truss when finished ?

Ive got a 1/144 scale revel plastic model but that thing is very woefull regards accurate detail in comparison,

Here's an update of what I have been working on recently:

    Zvezda with fairing (Marscenter/Cherkashyn)

The fairing is a tight fit, but I think the Cherkashyn Proton model was built with this in mind.

Whoa! That Zvezda is a true work of art! Inspiring; I may have to attempt it.

Also, Happy (belated) New Year to you too, AXM61. :thumb:

    Hi again,

A preview and update about the ELC's 1 and 2, coming soon. These photos are from the 1:100 scale model.
Be patient, please. Bear in mind that in order to make the whole mission kit for the website, I need to assemble the complete payload bay, so that means that I have to build these ELC's at a 1:144 scale, too!

It looks fantastic and I am eagerly awaiting 115 and 117 so I can continue to expand. I will be catching up with the latest builds as soon as I can.

My build so far, parts not in photo are JEM EF, SSRMS and the other rads from P1.

I had a problem when I tried fitting the array into the beta gimbles, not with the SARJ though. The problem was the weight of the array ripped the join between S1 and S3. I tried glueing them back together, but it didn't really work. So my way around this problem was to re-print the sheets with the front rails from S1 and S3. I then laminated them together as in the first photo and glued them onto the truss. Left to dry and it's a really strong addition, I would recommend this guys.

As for the SARJ, it rotates fine with only a little sag, but I do need to add the other truss sections.

    Hi go the group,

    I see nice builds there.
Here's an update about my russian segment version. Zarya is almost done as you can see in these pics.
Just a few details left. It will be released in a combo package along with Zvezda.
    Soon.
