Athearn returns Shay repaired

I sent my broken Round house Shay, broken since I bought it several years ago to Athern after exchanging a few emails.

In about 6 weeks they have returned it repaired and at no cost.

Here to for I buy Athern where I know I will get fair treetment on service.

That's great, it's always nice when you get treated fairly, and it's always nice to let people know when it does happen. Not only do keep you as a customer, but they in all likelyhood will get a few new ones because of it.:thumb: :thumb:
