My boss noticed my Huey, Dewey and Louie (from "Silent Running") sitting in my cubicle, and that led to a whole discussion about card modeling. He asked if there were any other modelers -- and designers -- in Minnesota. I had no answer.

    So -- are there?

I live in St. Paul, by the way.

    Hi,

I wouldn't call myself a designer (or much of a modeler for that matter) but I am in Minneapolis too.

I live near White Bear Lake and have designed a 1:48 scale De Havilland Beaver model.

BTW Design Group Alpha has put 28 different paint schemes to my model and have released it here: DGA Papermodels -DeHavilland Beaver Versions

I'm in Minneapolis, too. I don't have nearly enough time, but I design 1:300 scale buildings and railroad equipment for a game I've developed. I'm also trying to develop 1:1200 scale buildings for a Napoleonic sea port for another game.
