Study this pic, and my suggestion in the pics underneath. I think this would add great detail to your model. :)

The suggestion is what's important, use UHU outside piece, but cut out the hole, Cut out the very center, and slip it into the whole that's left. Making it look like a vain with blades, again, using UHU's piece, but adding real vanes, angled, and I would mount them to a small tubeI for support. Glue that in, and it will make the model "POP", as this piece does not really make sense. This would give the appearance of it being able to spin, and add depth. My Render is for reference, I made that quick and dirty, to try and explain what I was saying with a pic. Just a suggestion, as you are really early on. ;)

Just a way of making it pop, and adding some realism. No one else has done it either, so yours will be unique, in that sense. :)

been too nice out to stay inside and build, but got a little of it done. first engine done and installed. at least the other 3 aren't cut open as the first.unless you want them to be that is. all those extra parts are gonna be used other places..

hi all, been a while since i posted anything on the work so far. been nice out , so i had to do some outside work..... like i really wanted to:).... but i did get a lot more done and i am getting to the end soon. not getting as much free time to work on her as i like to, but thats how things go..hahaha. ok, here are the pic's of what i got done...ENJOY IMG_20160519_134357785.jpg body on.. IMG_20160521_102437481.jpg there are 2 hatches, one white and one gray. i took the gray one to use as a template to cut the clear plastic i'm using for the white one. IMG_20160521_102437481.jpg IMG_20160521_103020883.jpg now to cut out thw white one and glue in the clear "windows".
