This is an old and nearly forgotten storage tank. I don't remember who produced it. It's plastic and has been in a box covered with an ugly attempt to weather it 12+ years ago. I saw it last night and thought, "hey, all this needs is a new coat of paint, the old decal removed and and some weathering." So it went from white (sorta) to black, the rails and steps painted, the valves painted and the concrete foundation prepared and the berm constructed and we go a storage tank for the plant. When the Sculptamold dries I'll paint it and finish the landscaping.
