I've converted their SD-38 with a similar set-up, it's pretty easy. The attached speaker fits in the pre-installed enclosure, and the decoder itself drops right in place. I did remove one weight in the SD-38 body to make sure there was enough room for the decoder, it might have fit in if I had chosen to fiddle with it a little more.
