Amtrak Cascades NPCU

Hi,

I have an F40PH shell that I want to repaint into Amtrak Cascades colors. Any ideas as to what paint colors to use/microscale decals/and a painting guide? I'm not going to worry about the fans and stuff, I am not going to drastically modify the shell, just repaint.

I have an entire train to paint, but can't find the decals. One of the members here on the forum is also doing the Cascades in N-gauge and has a lead on some custom decals. He PM'd me a while back and we just haven't hooked up. I need to get in touch with him. I am doing a car for car recreation. I have an old Bachman f40ph that doesn't run well, so it's a good candidate for gutting (just like the real thing).
As for the colors, Poly scale roof red with a couple drops of brown seems pretty close. I'm still working on the colors, particularly the green.
