Ambroid Kit Instructions

I was in the local hobby shop today when I found an old Ambroid boxcar kit in the used section. It looks like it's all there, right down to the grab irons and the sprung trucks. The only thing I'm missing are the kit instructions, would anyone have them?
It's a 40' single sheathed boxcar Kit # K-12

Maybe if someone has already built one and could take a few pictures for me that would help alot. I can figure out the basic construction but I need help with the details (Ladders grab irons, underframe...)
