Jon and Sumpter thought my Kings Port Steel complex needed its own motive power. How about this lil' fella?

Confession time: its unpowered, but I like it and plan to sit it on one of the steel mill tracks for effect. EVERYTHING gets sooty around Kings Port Steel! Heck, you can't tell if its Spring or Fall because the local leaves are all black. :)
