A "roco" loco?

Hi friends,
I recently visited "Reynaulds euro imports" website and found a nice lookin loco. The N gauge ROCO 23204 steam
locomotive 80038. Priced at $72.47 this certainly fits in my price range.
Please could you inform me whether this is a good buy or not.

Nick - You might try the Spookshow site I referenced in a reply to your earlier thread. While he hasn't updated it in some time and so might not have anything on locos that have been introduced, it is still a great source of information IMHO.

Hi Nick, I used to be in the hobby shop business. ROCO a long time ago used to make N scale steam locos for Atlas. They were nicely detailed but the drive and the electrical pickup left a lot to be desired. Perhaps they have been improved. I'm sure that some here has more information but thought I'd just pass this along.
