Not a bad Idea Kanawha! I think I'll apply that to the wingless switchers, to distinguish them from the road units. Good thinking! Pics

I agree with Kanawha - you need a sill-stripe. The same gold you used on the lettering and end stripes.

I'd also suggest you add the stripes to the long hood end as well, just for symmetry's sake. It's going to look good!
