Just finished putting together my very first model kit.
Its a Carriage Shed made by Ratio.
Im going to use it as an Engine Shed though...
It took me hours to get it together. The drain pipes were a major
pain. Ive learnt a thing or two for next time I put a kit together,
such as, don't use tubed glue! Its so messy. I found some glue
in a bottle made by Humbrol. Its a liquid and comes with an
applicator (Much easier to work with).

Anyway, Im happy with it but I think I need to do some weathering on
the down pipes and guttering but Im not sure how I should do it?
Any suggestions?

The shed was painted Polly Scale Roof Brown and drybrushed
with 50/50 Reefer White and Earth.
The roof was sprayed Polly Scale Flat Aluminium then weathered
with Burnt Sienna and Raw Umber Chalk and sealed with Testors Dullcote.
All the drain pipes were painted Flat Aluminium...

Thanks,

Troy.
