Here's something that kind of ties in with railroading... Women breaking into a predominatly men's world...

My other main hobby is racing, mostly NASCAR and Indy.....

Danica Patrick has fought for a long time, to be recognized as a true racer...

She has just won her first Indy Race... Indy Japan 300

Why "historical"? Women have been racing in dragsters, formulas and NASCAR for at least the last decade, and doing well.

It's the first time in Indy Racing that a woman actually won a sanctioned event :) :)

That's it? She is supposed to have made history and the only comment is "what a babe"?

No wonder women are angry with men.

She's also the only woman to finish in the top ten at the Indy 500 also.(I think she came in 9th)

I met her at a mall in Mesa AZ.(she's from the Pheonix area) a couple of years ago. Real nice kid. Fan friendly. Sweet smile..

    What a babe!
If only I was twenty years youger...........I'd still won't have a shot.
