A Dummy For The Scrap Yard

Ralph's post about his steel mill switcher made me decide to show a couple of pics of my littlke Plynouth that "works" my scrap yard...the illusion is that the little switcher is used to move & position equipment under the large overhead crane for salvage work...in actuality, the loco doesn't run, the track along the front edge of the scrap yard is dummy track, & is just there for scenic effect...a place for rusty old steamers, dummy switchers, & bad-order equipment.
