Been awhile, life has not offered much time for trains lately. The school year really flew by with all the testing these kids have to do. Elementary teaching is alot different then middle school,lol. Update on the train projects here at KBE...The Garden train track crew layed out the track and has yet to secure it. It will be suspended on cement blocks to keep it off the pine straw that the "wonderful" women decided needed to be on the ground. Some sort of facia will be over the bricks to simulate a bridge of some sort. The library train is on hold at the moment. The architect and design company wanted $3000 to install the suspension system so the principal and I are in the design stage of building a wooden suspension system.
I have not had time to work on my personal stuff either...summer is coming though..yippeee...two months of trains and my kids to play with....
