1972 Olympic Torch

    Well, I finally finished my internships and I'm back in the states. To pass the time, I've started work on another design for September 2nd, this one being the Olympic Torch of the 1972 Munich Olympics.
    As usual, model's 1:1, and I might include parts for shiny paper instead of the typical cardstock.

    I've made some headway with the model, so here are progress pics as usual:

    sorry for the godawful build...I kinda just gave up by the time I got to the second piece and just wanted to get this over as soon as I could.

    Anyways, I'll be selling hard copies of this one day in advance at Pearl Studios in Brooklyn tomorrow, for a My Little Pony-related event. Along with pony paper models, I'll also be selling copies of the Hindenburg, all of which will be at a name-your-price kind of deal.
