    I think he is referring to a video about a RC car that is tethered to a pole that goes in a circle. There was a thread in here a while back about that. And he prolly stumbled on it.

    Yes you can if you knew anything about physics you would realize that. Also look it up on the web and see just how to do it. I think even traxxas has a speed calculator. You just plug your numbers into.
