Someone in my area is selling a large quantity of what they call 110 guage railcars, engines track and layout materials (it was her fathers and he passed away.) I forget just what all she said she had but I remember she mentioned 30 engines and a lot more cars.

    She is asking 500.00

What is 110 guage and could this stuff be worth that kind of money?

Could it be a misreading of HO gauge? Never heard of 110 gauge.

Likewise never heard of the term. People who are selling a relatives MR equipment sometimes get confused as to scale and gauge, as well as value. Might be worth taking a look at.

At first I thought it might be the track gauge, but 110 mm is about 4.3 inches. That's more than twice G gauge.
