1/96 scale Shipyard model "Nina"

    I appreciate the comments... Next up was adding the ribs that go up against the inner bulkheads..

    side pieces

    Have added the side pieces (strakes??). I find that thin/narrow pieces tend to delaminate when cutting out. To avoid that, I cut out one side of a piece.. run a bead of thinned out white glue or CA down the side.. rub it in with my finger.. let dry a few minutes, and then cut the other side repeating the process.. When dry, glued them in place..

    rail caps

    Added the cap parts that go on top of the bulwarks and the quarterdeck...

    Am glad you've started work on this again Peter.

    It's a really nice looking model.
