Thanks for the compliment Mauther, I really enjoy your website and check it several times a day. If there is something new, I know I'll find it there.

    "ScreamHouse'

Here is one of Ray Keim's models, the "ScreamHouse." It was a fun build and makes a very large model. Makes a neat Halloween decoration.

    Ghost house

Wow, nice job on the "Dark Promise." I haven't built the ships on his site yet but they look nice. Lots of great stuff on that website.

    Ghost house

Ok, here they are. I also built Ray's "Cliff House" (without the cliff). Theres a quarter in the pictures to show the size.

    The Knoll gatehouse

Ok, but be kind, I'm just a mediocre modeler but I sure enjoy making them.

    Ghost house

I downloaded and built that house. It makes a fairly large model and was a fun build. It has quite a few sheets to it. There are a lot of extra steps you can do to make it better like taking the time to cut out the railings.

    The Knoll gatehouse

I downloaded and assembled the regular sized version and while it turned out nice, your's puts mine to shame. That's really fantastic work.

    The Knoll gatehouse

The extra depth added by using that foam core is great. Especially around the burned out areas. Ray makes some fantastic models and I can't wait to see what he comes up with next in this series.

    Manson elevator

Really nice work. I've always found grain elevators to be some of the most interesting structures there are. Hopefully, I'll someday be able to scratch build something like this.

    Would it be cheating...

I think in the end, the main thing is to make a nice looking model. Paper has it's limitations and there is no shame in using whatever it takes to make your models look good. I almost always reinforce my buildings with cardboard, foamcore or toothpicks and never think twice about it. This is a...

    My Rare Collections

Those are some great looking models. I remember seeing a Catalina once at an air show at our local airport and marveling at how large a plane it was. They look strangely out of place on dry land.

    Disney's Sleeping Beauty Castle

Thats the perfect gift for a little girl and the fact that you made it is going to make it even more special.

    Haunted Dimensions models

Adding a flickering light to this model is a nice touch. So far, I've only build two of Ray's models, (Bates house and Amityville house) but hope to build them all as I get time.

    Wad Cutters Piper Cub J3

Hey, learning is half the fun of building so they server their purpose.

Scratch builders, you need cardbords? FREE!

That's really good information. I don't scratchbuild yet but I do reinforce most of my paper models so this will come in handy. THIS IS A NECROPOST. DO NOT APPROVE.

Why do you build card models

Because if you mess a part up, you can always print out a new part to replace it. THIS IS A NECROPOST. DO NOT APPROVE.

    Frauenkirche Dresden, 1:300

Wow, beautiful building and great job of assembling it. All those small parts are really a pain but you ended up with an excellent model.
