    Resource Greelt's Saturn V Update

Wow! 'Talk about one-stop shopping! This is a great resource, as it will save a lot of time in hunting for the parts and trying to get them to match! Thanks SO much!

    UHU02 Endurance

Thanks, Rhaven. I guess I've always come in after the build, as the files were always there. Having not seen the movie, it's not a big thing - just curious.

    UHU02 Endurance

Maybe it's just me, but I've not seen the movie, I grabbed all of the pages on his site related to this model, and am totally confused over the whole thing. Nowhere did I see any files to download - just assembly. Is it just me? Could someone point me to the download files? Thanks.

    APOLLO SATURN V F1 engine 1:24

Actually, I started scratchbuilding a Saturn V in 1/48 in styrene, several years back. 'Started with the SLA, and worked down to the 2nd stage. I need to finish that and move on the 1st stage, so will use this model as a guide for building five F1s!

    S.S. "Californian" 1:400

Unfortunately, it seemed to stop over a year ago, when it was so close to finishing.

    Deadliest Catch Cornelia Marie

'Looks great, Inky! I've long wanted to do one of the fleet, but haven't found the show on for about a year. I'm sure it is, but I never see it advertised anymore.

    Colonial Landram from Battlestar Galactica

I have the Landram and Snowram that have been out for a while. Just built the Shado vehicle, which is similar in overall design. My goal is to combine and modify to get a suitably believable 1/35 Antarctic research vehicle that can be posed for photos outside in our next snowstorm!

First Model - Coastal Freighter Emiliana 1:250

'Sorry to be blasphemous, but this cries to be done in styrene!!! With working lights!!!

    Freshwater Freighters?

I am NOT a trend follower, but...I have a special interest in the Edmund Fitzgerald. The date was June, 1962, and the Fitz was passing upbound through the Soo Locks in Sault Ste. Marie. I convinced my dad to take my picture in front of her, as she carried the (then) President's (JFK) middle...

    1/1200 Titanic Build

I did the Revell styrene Titanic in 1/1200, and this looks every bit as good! Yes, the Olympic would be a cinch to build, and the Britannic is within reach! Now, we need a fleet of early 20th century liners!

    Crab Boats

Don Ronda had done a decent Time Bandit model from the original blueprints. It was at the Pratt Museum, in Homer Alaska (www.prattmuseum.org). But when I checked, they only had the one photo of it, as the model was on exhibit at the time. Betsy Webb was Curator at the museum, and had Don's...

    Where are the Marscenter models?

The port wing was not part of the Columbia package, but part of the general shuttle package. The filename is space_shuttle7_rev1.pdf. I have it, if you still need it. Just send me e-mail with your address... Lee Anne

    "Deadliest Catch" ships?

Time Bandit I realize that this thread is almost 2 years old, but had to comment, having looked into the same... I found that Time Bandit plans were loaned to a modeler in Alaska, who built a nice model of her for the owner, as I recall. But the plans are not available elsewhere. Still, she's...

Great Lakes Ore bulk carrier "Edmund Fitzgerald" / JSC / 1:400

Another thanks! I'll also give a hearty "Thanks!", as I remember her well. I was at the Soo Locks in Sault Ste. Marie in 1962 when she passed, bound for Superior. I thought it strange that she had the same name as the middle name of the President (JFK). I was just a kid at the time. Lee Anne

    Lee Anne

I think I used to be a member, years back, but couldn't find the password, so I'm back as a re-register. I do mostly merchant ship modeling, but also do a lot of other subjects, from microwave towers to draglines to aircraft to bridges and buildings. Since most of my subjects of interest aren't...
