You do not need the points centered. The Tortoise is very forgiving in terms of installation. Just make sure that it is centered underneath the track work as closely as possible when mounting it. I have done almost 20 so far. They get easier the more you do.

They would raise our taxes, raise the rates for the system and still make those of who live in The Big Smoke pay on top of it all to use the system. They'd never just give us a pass! That would be absolutely ridiculous. You'd also get those who don't use the system...
