ConCor who ? MP15DC from Atlas...

I didn't know CP Rail had MP15's... Very cool, that's the engine you need for that huge mill, Mike. I might get an undec one and paint it in BC Hydro / Southern Railway of BC.

New Pulp and Paper Mill at Ottertail

I think your mill is big enough to justify its own switch engine. Perhaps a SW or a GP would do the job well enough. Woodchip cars are hard to come by these days and you'll need quite a few. Do you already have any???

    Cheap lumber loads.

well I drew the loads so that they fit after being printed at 100% size... They are actual size. The thing you need to figure out is where to cut them!!! I cut right below the printings and figure out the size of the white space that folds around the top of the load. Then I cut over that...

    Kato AC4400's

I had the chance to see one of the new AC4400's run at my LHS today and I must admit that it's a VERY nice engine. The working ditch light kick butts. It's more quiet than a box of rocks and runs extra-smooth. My advice is get some of these if you can fit them on your layout!!!

    my microlayout

Very cool. The thing I like about european equipement is that it is so small! You could hardly handle a small american switcher with a 40' car on this layout.

    LL SW1200 Wormgear Problems

The problem I have is big noise coming from I dunno where. I figured it had to be the worms. It started doing the noise (like a buzz saw) after a small 1 inch fall... I managed to get the brass worms on but they're all stripped so my problem is still there. Even worst now the engine barely...

    LL SW1200 Wormgear Problems

I have a LL SW1200 that had wormgear problems so I ordered Kato P42 wormgears. I just don't know how to remove them from the Kato shaft and put them on the SW1200's... Any help appreciated.
