I'm considering using one or two large radius curved turnouts on my under construction layout. It now a big layout put I would like to have my twin 0-8-0 lash-up move around the curves easily. Any experience that might help with this idea would be appreciated.

Came across this in the summer when railfanning CP in the Rocky Mountains. At the hold tracks leading into the Swing Bridge at Sicamoose I noticed this handy method for keeping a switch broom handy for snow removal on those cold winter days.
