    Hydrocal rock molds

    Reading RR RGD car label

    For many years, Reading freight cars carried the letters RDG alongside the Reading name. Haven't found an explanation in Reading RR history literature. Frequenly seen on Hoppers. (Note that this is not RDC----railroad diesel car) Anyone know the explanation? Thanks in advance!

    NJ International switch stands

    Has anyone had success in attaching working NJ International Low Ramapo switchstands (Model 1914) to Atlas Custom Turnouts. It is easy to link them together, but when I throw the turnout, the distance that the linkage moves, doesn't turn the switch stand a full 90-degrees.
