    Unitrack on plywood, how about noise ?

    Granite Gorge & Northern in Unitrack

    This plan is based on the GG&N, and it is a 9' by 4' 2"" layout. Switching only happens in the yard, which is designed not to fool the main. I think for a single operator this layout is O.K. Any positive critics ? Paul

    Feeding FREDS

    Any idea how to pick power from metal wheelsets to feed a FRED ? I have schematics to stabilize the power to feed the LED's, but have no idea what to use to pick the current from the wheelsets. Thanks, Paul

    I needed a concrete bridge for the up and over on the GG&N I started with my first real scratchbuilding project. This is what I used(sorry for the blurry picture) to build this and after painting in concrete colour Now I can start laying corck roadbed. Paul
