Where do you have your model railroad? outside? There are talk about steel tracks that are prone to rust. Rolling stock thats for sale can have some rust underneath. Engines I did buy had some rust (ok, very little) on the railings.
My car rust, but it is standing outside whole year. :confused:
I am trying to get information about the Trainmaster and the opposed-piston engine. I tried with Fairbanks-Morse who is still making that kind of engine. But from a company you don't get any useful answer, just salesman talk.
Has anyone of you any experience of the Trainmaster as an engineer or...
Are the models true to scale?
Or do they make a few chassis and adjust the size of the different models to fit.
Has anyone measured a full-size engine and then your model?
