Warning!! Please read and pass along

Hey - stop picking on Joyce! He has tried real hard to spread the word and he NEEDS lots of friends. And I am agree with with Woodie - if we are dumb enough to ignore all warnings on hoaxes and junk mails that most probably contain viruses, then we shouldn't be online - let alone send...

    Railroad Done..Now What?

wow! the word 'done' sure scares me quite a bit. I am only just getting started and I shudder at the thought of being 'done'. Can I suggest that it isn't about being 'done' - it surely must be about the 'doing', which is never ever finished! And anyway, by the time I am 'done' I guess I will...

    My new Porche

Maaaaaate! I figured every real Oz guy can afford to drive a Beemer or a Porshce these days. And no big win - went for the Irish horse and only scraped back a few schekels. And I was actually looking at the 'other' pics you put up as well. Very Oz outback, shimmery heat haze look to some...

To keep, or not to keep........

Hey Woodie - I am a famous junk keeper. So famous at it that I had a hell of a problem deciding what I would throw away so I could get into the shed to build the workbench - which meant I threw away nothing. Just moved into another shed. And soon I will have the first shed full of junk from my...

    Overnight in Garahbara Gully

bewdy corker Woodie. but no tree frogs?? and I have to agree with the others, the shot of the guy on the porch is really a great 'scene setter'. and the approaching storm so reminds me of the "wet" in Brissie.;)

    Something to smile at

This is a (bad) copy of the hand drawn and framed cartoon that was presented to my old Pop on the day of his retirement in 1960, after 40 years service as a Railwayman. It was 'presented' to him by a group of Firemen that had 'served' under him. Hope it raises a smile :)

btw Charlie - if you're handing out booze for compliments, it is really, absolutely the most fantastic and authentic looking piece of work I have personally seen for some time... :D So I'll have a Jack on the rocks thanks very much ;)

    Trestle construction

Hey Vic - you sure that isn't s'posed to be "Taurus Faeces" ?? :D And Charlie, regardless of your own 'critiscism' of your trestle , it far exceeds anything I could possibly hope to do in say, about the next 10 years :)
